Key Responsibilities\n

• Design, implement, and adapt individualized therapy strategies for clients based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of their progress.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices to individuals, groups, couples, and families navigating various mental health challenges.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and behavioral health specialists, to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure the safety and privacy of client information.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a potential signing bonus.
