This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility in your schedule to accommodate a work-life balance. Our community health clinic is open seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, ensuring care is available to those who need it. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and identify tailored treatment approaches.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building for each patient.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated care approach that meets the diverse needs of patients.

• Providing crisis intervention in trauma-related emergencies, supporting clients in managing acute distress.

• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses, available community resources, and coping mechanisms.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
