Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients’ trauma histories and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment plans emphasizing trauma recovery and resilience-building tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing their trauma and developing coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to provide integrated care for patients.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, helping clients navigate acute stressors with immediate compassion and care.

Qualifications\n
