Our center is open seven days a week, from 7 am to 10 pm, allowing you to tailor your schedule to meet your personal and professional needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma histories and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and enhancing resilience.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients in their healing journeys.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process their trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and promote emotional healing.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and resilience-building techniques to foster understanding and healing.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development related to trauma-informed care.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to provide the highest level of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, especially those focused on trauma recovery.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, reflecting a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to clients.

• The ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations, ensuring client well-being at all times.

Preferred Experience\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 110,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. We also offer:
