Oasis Mental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and licensed professional counselor (LPC) to join our team in delivering high-quality mental health services through a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions. This is a full-time position based remotely, allowing flexibility while being actively engaged in the community health setting of Eugene, Oregon. Our clinic operates with an extended schedule from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, ensuring that we meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and determine the most effective treatment pathways.

• Formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience building.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, specializing in modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions to help clients process their trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and promote emotional healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to establish integrated care for patients.
\n
• Offering crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development activities, including case consultations and team meetings centered around trauma-informed care strategies.

• Staying updated on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for applicants:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client care.
