This full-time remote role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic Community Health Clinic where you will provide high-quality mental health care to individuals and families. As a key member of our clinical team, you will focus on trauma-informed care, helping clients navigate their healing journeys and improve their overall well-being. Our salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote working environment, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering crucial mental health services. Our clinic operates from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing you to align your work hours with your lifestyle. You will be equipped with advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient interactions, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery. A dedicated support team will assist with scheduling and client service inquiries, allowing you to focus on what you do best: providing care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that target trauma recovery while fostering resilience in clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, providing clients with a safe space to process their experiences and cultivate effective coping strategies.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate trauma support and intervention.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to promote best practices in trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCPC in Illinois is required.
