Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Terradise, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular progress reviews with clients to assess their mental health stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge planning when appropriate.

• Collaborating with clients to create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Documenting all patient interactions and maintaining up-to-date progress notes to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Engaging clients in individual therapy sessions, aiming for improvement in their holistic wellness.

• Participating in individual supervision to enhance professional skills and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus for this position will be working with youth clients, which requires a specialized understanding and approach to adolescent mental health. Qualifications\n
