Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to create tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to devise holistic care strategies.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, and ensure confidentiality of client information.

• Demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional development by remaining updated on the latest research and practices in mental health counseling.

In this role, counselors will work with a diverse patient population, providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
