Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies by conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' psychological and emotional needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and groups, tailoring approaches to fit unique circumstances.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy, ensuring methodologies are current and effective.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus bonuses for outstanding performance. New hires will benefit from a signing bonus to support their transition into our team.
