Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences, build connections, and learn collaboratively.

• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic, one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, actionable treatment plans aligned with their individual goals and mental health needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other team members, ensuring coordinated care and comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom face various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. As an LCPC, you will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals through critical life transitions by providing them with tools and strategies necessary for achieving mental wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
