Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on serving a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and relationship concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
