Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that encompass clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources to inform treatment planning.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to effectively address mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care, fostering a team-based environment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals, objectives, and interventions, regularly reviewing progress.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to address immediate client needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions to enhance community resources and client connectedness.

• Maintain precise documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines while ensuring that all client interactions and treatment progress are recorded in the EHR system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
