Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, and craft personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches in psychotherapeutic sessions with individuals, groups, and families, addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Engage collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive holistic and comprehensive care.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to address clients' acute distress, demonstrating compassion and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational workshops that foster awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to form meaningful connections with clients.

• Strong cultural competence to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Exceptional organizational skills, and ability to ensure timely and accurate documentation and follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of direct counseling experience is required, candidates with additional experience in a variety of psychotherapy modalities will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will also enhance your ability to meet clients’ needs efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to competitive salaries, we provide:
