Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work comfortably from home while connecting with clients through telehealth platforms. You will be part of a collaborative outpatient office team that focuses on providing the highest level of clinical care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth services, tailored to address unique emotional and relational issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and frameworks, while maintaining a holistic perspective on mental health treatment.

• Perform thorough biopsychosocial assessments to develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Document client progress and therapy outcomes meticulously to ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and enhance quality of care.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate care and optimize client treatment experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada, or eligibility for licensure.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree in a relevant area is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience working with clients in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
