Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Terradise Behavioral Healthcare, you will:

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and professional boundaries while providing therapeutic guidance.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess progress, discuss challenges, and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure ongoing client engagement and growth.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments that aim for positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including treatment notes, progress reports, and intake assessments to ensure continuity of care.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Partake in individual supervision sessions, aimed at enhancing clinical skills and addressing any therapeutic challenges that arise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing assessment, diagnosis, and therapy, including individual and group sessions.
