Work Environment\n

This role operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. However, we also maintain an outpatient office for client sessions when needed. Our team is available to clients from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing a broad range of appointments. This adaptability ensures that our clients have access to care that fits their schedules, which is crucial in today’s fast-paced world.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapy strategies for diverse client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a safe and supportive environment for discussion and healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive plans of care, ensuring the holistic support of clients' mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficiency.

Qualifications\n
