Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized therapy for clients, ensuring that treatment strategies are tailored to individual needs through in-depth evaluations and assessments.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, adapting techniques to suit different clients.

• Document clinical notes meticulously and adhere to both ethical and legal guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of record keeping.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
