Work Environment\n

This role will be predominantly remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to provide therapy services to clients throughout Urbana, Illinois, and beyond. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs through comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC at our center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your role will focus on providing compassionate support and effective interventions to help clients overcome obstacles in their lives, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical context.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
