Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients dealing with a diverse array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients’ unique backgrounds and current challenges, aiding in the formulation of treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Document sessions accurately and promptly within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical practice and receive guidance from senior clinicians.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's health.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCPC license in the state of Nevada or eligibility for licensure.

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
