Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, establish treatment goals, and develop personalized therapy plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique experiences and backgrounds of clients.

• Assist clients in managing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders by employing a diverse range of therapeutic techniques.

• Implement crisis intervention protocols and perform risk assessments as needed to safeguard client well-being.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care plans for clients.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress, adjust treatment methodologies as warranted, and document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with Maryland regulations.

• Actively participate in case consultations, professional supervision, and ongoing continuing education opportunities to enhance your practice.

Qualifications\n
