Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapy strategies based on individual client needs and preferences, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, ensuring sessions are engaging and outcome-driven.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting tools to fit each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to offer comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
