Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCPC, you will:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient's history and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop individualized treatment strategies aimed at trauma recovery and resilience building, ensuring each plan is actionable and supportive.

• Implement evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Respond effectively during trauma-related emergencies by providing immediate crisis intervention and support.

Qualifications\n

Applicants must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
