Our structured hours of operation from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, ensure that clients can access mental health support when they need it most. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate your patients' trauma history and identify personalized treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, aiding clients in processing trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to provide integrated, holistic care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that clients receive immediate assistance when necessary.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources to enhance their understanding and promote healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCPC in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our compensation package includes guaranteed pay, annual increases, and bonus opportunities based on performance.
