Our services are available from 7 AM to 10 PM seven days a week, fostering increased accessibility for clients while accommodating varied clinician schedules. We ensure coordination and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to maintain a cohesive approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Navigate Family & Youth Therapy Services, you will:

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and identify effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment approaches that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building while measuring client progress.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting clients in processing trauma, building coping strategies, and promoting overall healing.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other professionals to coordinate integrated patient care relevant to mental health needs.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective response for clients.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, appropriate coping mechanisms, and available resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations, attend team meetings, and participate in ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
