The position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while still supporting clients across the community. Our online infrastructure facilitates seamless telemedicine services, ensuring that you can provide essential support to clients without geographical barriers. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, ensuring that treatment is both relevant and effective.
\n
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and secure clinical records in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards to safeguard client confidentiality and data integrity.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest research in mental health and therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on diverse client populations within the community, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. You will be responsible for guiding clients through their challenges and promoting a path toward healing and resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating your ability to lead clients toward effective treatment outcomes.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to clinical practice and patient confidentiality.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment.

• Prior experience providing teletherapy or utilizing digital platforms for therapy sessions is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, along with additional bonuses linked to performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Furthermore, we are pleased to provide a sign-on bonus to welcome our new therapists to the team.
