Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices to address clients' mental health needs effectively.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine appropriate treatment strategies that align with their goals.

• Provide therapeutic support through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards to support quality care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
