Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, addressing various aspects of client mental health and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed on advancements in mental health practices and to enhance personal counseling techniques.

This role involves offering tailored support to help clients navigate their personal journeys toward emotional stability and fulfillment, specifically in contexts like workplace stress, family dynamics, and life's transitions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities to build rapport with a diverse client base.

• Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Annual salary range of USD 60,000 – 90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
