Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse group of clients, ranging from individuals dealing with mild mental health issues to those struggling with more severe substance use disorders. This role demands sensitivity and awareness of the unique challenges faced by various demographic groups, including underrepresented populations, ensuring that care is equitable and tailored to each client's cultural background and specific circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active LPCC license issued by the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience, with a solid understanding of mental health and substance use rehabilitation strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
