Key Responsibilities\n

• Assist primary care providers in recognizing, treating, and managing mental health and psychosocial issues, contributing effectively as a member of the healthcare team.

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic evaluations and treatment recommendations tailored to individual needs.

• Provide brief, focused therapeutic interventions for patients needing immediate mental health support.

• Advise primary care providers on patient referrals to mental health specialists when necessary, ensuring optimal care.

• Initiate follow-ups to assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to support their recovery journey.

• Develop and implement relapse prevention plans for patients to maintain stability and healthy functioning.

• Detect at-risk patients and collaboratively create strategies to prevent deterioration of their mental health.

• Coordinate with external treatment providers, with the patient's consent, to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.

• Document patient progress and treatment interventions in electronic charts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

• Work with healthcare team members to formulate customized treatment plans, keeping all parties informed of relevant patient needs and progress.

• Empower patients with self-management skills and educational resources, encouraging active participation in their treatment process.

• Offer consultation to clinic management and team members regarding best practices in behavioral health service delivery.

• Adhere to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals and fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Protocall Behavioral Health Services Inc. offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
