Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and collaborate on treatment planning, ensuring the integration of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with regulatory standards, ensuring transparency and accountability in all services provided.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based screening tools, as indicated by your clinical team, to inform treatment decisions effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that promote healthy coping mechanisms among clients.

• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care in our organization.

• Serve as a liaison connecting clients with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to create a comprehensive support system.

• Communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders to align with contract standards and advance the mission of Heluna Psychotherapy Center within the community.

• Establish partnerships with local, state, and private organizations to enhance program visibility, identify funding sources, and facilitate collaboration opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing professional development activities such as attending conferences, leading training sessions, and actively participating in statewide initiatives related to mental health.

• Integrate and advocate for the core mission, values, and principles of our agency in all professional interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support various operational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Heluna Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse client population. Your patients may include individuals battling emotional health issues, those recovering from substance use disorders, and individuals with varying degrees of developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• Active Independent LMHC License, with a willingness to pay for licensure fees if licensed in another state.
