This full-time position operates within a remote setting, allowing you to provide flexible and convenient care to your clients. Our structured work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the diverse needs of our patient population. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations, employing a range of evidence-based practices to formulate tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize proven therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions aimed at enhancing mental well-being.

• Document clinical notes with precision, adhering strictly to HIPAA and relevant regulatory standards to maintain client confidentiality.

• Collaboratively work with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing case consultations and participate in peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies that enhance the quality of care provided.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health challenges, treatment pathways, and community resources available for additional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• An esteemed Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid clinical license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
