Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on findings.

• Provide evidence-based therapy for adolescent and adult clients via secure video conferencing and phone sessions, ensuring adherence to established telehealth protocols.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and any changes in treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals on the team to ensure comprehensive care, including consultations and joint discussions on complex cases.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans based on client feedback and progress, adapting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid California Mental Health license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or a PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
