Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, guiding them through case evaluations and treatment recommendations.

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, tailoring approaches to meet specific client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, psychiatrists, and social workers, to create comprehensive treatment plans that integrate various aspects of clients' health and well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring that evidence-based practices are utilized.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in the field of mental health therapy to continuously enhance personal and organizational expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. The remote nature of our practice allows us to serve clients from various geographical locations, addressing their mental health needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Professional liability insurance.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a generous compensation package, with salaries ranging from USD 65,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and employment status. Compensation includes unlimited earning potential based on productivity.
