Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and regularly evaluate clients to determine their mental health status, utilizing standardized tools and clinical observations.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client needs, preferences, and progress.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring cultural competence and inclusivity in all interactions.

• Provide clients with coping strategies and skills development to help them manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure holistic care and client safety.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance your therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a similar setting.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the ability to deliver culturally sensitive therapy.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other applicable technology tools that support clinical documentation and management.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the competence to manage emergencies calmly and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
