Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide thoughtful supervision to practicum students and early-career therapists, guiding them through their clinical licensure journey and helping them hone their therapeutic skills.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing a client-centered approach to create personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Consistently collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation using electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring all client interactions are accurately logged and compliant with relevant regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in therapy techniques.

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A valid and active state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Current professional liability insurance to ensure appropriate protection while providing client care.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in supervising practicum students or graduate interns is highly desirable. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and proficiency in using EHR systems is also beneficial, as it enhances the therapeutic process and documentation accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your expertise and contributions. The salary for full-time counselors ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, while part-time positions start at USD 65,000 per year.
