Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, requiring a sensitive and non-judgmental approach to care. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients set and achieve their mental health goals through personalized interventions and supportive therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with colleagues.

• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling and client documentation efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions on board.
