Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs of clients and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific conditions and life circumstances.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, allowing clients to learn about and discuss common mental health issues in a supportive group setting.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure holistic patient care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, utilizing sound judgment and established protocols to manage high-stress situations.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote self-advocacy and informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that patient records reflect their treatment history and progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
