Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, taking into account patients' medical conditions that impact their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients include individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, particularly those with co-occurring conditions such as substance use disorders, chronic pain, and autoimmune disorders. You will help navigate the complexities of these dual diagnoses while providing empathetic and compassionate support that addresses the multifaceted nature of their health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and collaboration with patients and team members.

• Strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines while respecting patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
