This full-time position operates entirely within a telehealth framework, enabling you to deliver therapy services from the comfort of your home or preferred space in Federal Way, Washington. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential flexibility required as patient appointments dictate.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients as they process trauma and develop essential coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
