Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including individuals with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Proven experience in addressing mental health needs for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity for empathy and active listening.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related digital tools.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in integrated care settings, particularly those familiar with telehealth platforms, are highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with treatments for chronic pain and substance use disorder will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
