Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and determine appropriate treatment modalities.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during therapy sessions.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on processing trauma experiences and fostering resilience among clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
