Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing complex mental health needs, particularly those with co-occurring conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Your role will involve fostering a therapeutic alliance with patients, understanding their unique narratives, and addressing their specific needs with empathy and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, ensuring that your expertise and commitment are valued.
