This position is fully remote, allowing our counselors the flexibility to provide therapy from their own locations while working collaboratively with a supportive team of professionals. Although the majority of work is conducted from home, opportunities for teamwork and interaction are facilitated through virtual meetings and online collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, strengths, and treatment requirements.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused modalities.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in a remote setting, ensuring a comfortable and secure virtual therapeutic environment for patients.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups tailored to address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Respond to crisis situations by delivering immediate intervention services and support, helping patients navigate urgent mental health needs.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available resources in the community, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards regarding documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required, with a strong preference for candidates holding a Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.

• Must possess a valid and current licensing in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to practice independently.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology to maintain patient records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
