This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions online while being part of a supportive virtual team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' unique mental health concerns, strengths, and areas of need.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes and align them with clients' personal goals and therapeutic preferences.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate closely with clients, exploring and honing coping strategies, identifying triggers, and building essential skills for symptom management.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records that adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and reflective of services provided.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills, stay informed of the latest evidence-based practices, and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this full-time position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
