Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to develop an understanding of individual mental health needs, challenges, and aspirations.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the distinct needs of clients. Areas addressed include anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Create detailed and personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions, ensuring they align with clients’ personal values and lifestyles.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute issues, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, coping mechanisms, and community resources to enhance their support systems.

• Maintain confidential and accurate electronic client records, documenting assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
