Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from your home or preferred location. You will connect with clients through live video sessions and have access to our cutting-edge electronic medical record (EMR) system, which integrates treatment software, assessment tools, and crisis protocols. This streamlined documentation process ensures that you can focus on what truly matters—helping your clients achieve their goals. At our hospice center, you will be an integral part of a supportive team that includes operational staff and clinical leaders who are committed to providing comprehensive assistance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video sessions utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate with fellow counselors and psychiatric providers to ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients.

• Utilize self-assessments and progress monitoring tools to assess client needs and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate documentation in our EMR system, ensuring all client interactions and assessments are recorded efficiently.

• Participate in weekly clinical drop-in consultation sessions to discuss cases, receive guidance, and enhance your professional skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse adult client population, some of whom may be experiencing high levels of distress. This includes individuals dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues involving trauma or suicidal ideation. Your expertise and commitment to culturally responsive care will be essential in fostering trust and connection with clients from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution, resulting in either LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.

• A minimum of 1 year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse and high-risk adult populations.

• Technical proficiency and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into your clinical practice to enhance patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of recent experience applying cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients struggling with a variety of mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this role ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000, based on experience and qualifications, along with potential bonuses. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
