Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure that every client receives holistic and coordinated care, leading to more effective outcomes.

• Engage in crisis intervention when required, offering immediate support and techniques to assist clients in managing acute distress or emergency situations.

• Participate in community outreach programs and workshops aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and educating the public on mental wellness strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport consistently with clients and their families.

• Strong cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals from various backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, ensuring timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
