Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing automated symptom self-assessments to gauge client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal—designed to streamline your workflow.

• Collaborating with the Therapy Leadership Team to receive ongoing support and professional consultation.

• Formulating mental health diagnoses following the standards set by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5).

• Creating and implementing treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices for a variety of mental health conditions.

• Applying various therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification techniques, and brief therapy methods, during client sessions.

• Working closely with psychiatric providers to ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients, alongside collaboration with fellow therapists.

• Conducting weekly live video sessions that provide evidence-based care to adults dealing with a wide array of emotional disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly support a diverse range of adult clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications\n
