Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychological evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, followed by crafting customized treatment plans that reflect individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness strategies tailored to clients’ preferences and objectives.

• Collaborate with clients to define therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment approaches to ensure the best outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy as needed for clients who prefer or require virtual consultations, ensuring accessibility while delivering consistent support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to uphold ethical standards, facilitate case management, and document outcomes in alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops, training programs, and peer discussions, enhancing clinical skills and staying informed on the latest trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with clients from diverse backgrounds, each facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure in mental health counseling such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Preferred candidates will hold a Master’s degree or higher.
