Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Your work will involve addressing complex mental health issues and promoting resilience and recovery among patients facing economic, social, and emotional challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and mastery of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated capability in conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment interventions.

• Experience providing therapy services to diverse populations, both individually and in groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
